Thank you for thinking of us as you make plans for your special event or
program. The VandalStore has a limited donation budget. All requests will be evaluated to
determine if they fall within the guidelines and budget as established.
The University of Idaho VandalStore will consider
donating retail items to student groups or organizations that are a direct part
of the campus community. This would include student, staff and faculty
clubs/organizations that are involved in not-for-profit activities that enhance
the academic excellence and vibrant culture while creating an opportunity for
public engagement and showcasing exceptional research at the University of
Idaho.
The VandalStore will also consider extending a special
discount to other not-for-profit organizations (or for profit businesses working
with a not-for-profit organization) that do not meet all of the above criteria.

call 208-885-6469. A discount may be
considered on insignia merchandise, art supplies, general office supplies or
general books. (Textbooks, electronics and software are not eligible for this
discount). We'd be happy to assist you in accessorizing your basket or package
as well. See examples:
A local hospital auxiliary unit is involved in a fundraising project and
requests a Vandal hat for a donation. A local for-profit radio station is
working with a not-for profit neighborhood watch program and is requesting a
donation of a sweatshirt.
These organizations are not a direct part of campus, therefore a discount might
be offered.
Complete the
Donation Request Form
(Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher required), indicating
the name of the organization/group, what the activity is, the reason for your
request, and how you will acknowledge the VandalStore's donation. All donation
requests must be received 10 business days before donation is needed. The
VandalStore will not donate to any individual or group organization that does
not meet the above requirements.
