All of our shipments are
professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route. We reuse
shipping materials where possible to reduce waste and cost. We strive to ship
all orders received by 10:00 am on the same day.

Recommended Shipping: Your best shipping choice is “UPS/USPS 2-5 days-$$”. We primarily use USPS Priority Mail, which is your least expensive and fastest choice. Sometimes we may use UPS, but only for large items (see more on this below). Priority Mail transit times are 2-3 days from the day we ship, and we strive for same day shipping. USPS also moves over weekends and can be delivered to mail box addresses. When we use either UPS or USPS you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package.
Small Items: If you place an order for a small item or two (less than 13 ounces with packaging) we may contact you about shipping by USPS First Class Mail, as we are then able to ship less expensively, and will reduce your shipping charges to $3.50.
Large Items: If you place an order for a large item such as (but not limited to) diploma frames, folding camp chairs, canopy tents, or floor mats, we will ship by UPS Ground, so please provide a physical address for delivery.
International Shipping: We can ship internationally, and if your order is small we can often use First Class Mail International, which is reasonably priced. For larger orders being shipped international we may have to use Priority Mail International which while more expensive is faster than First Class Mail International. Our web site does not calculate International Shipping, so choose “UPS/USPS 2-5 days-$$” and we will contact you about the actual charges. A customs form is required for International Shipping.
Military Overseas: We can also ship to APO & FPO addresses, and USPS has specific boxes designed for this. Rates are reasonable as well, being comparable to shipping across the United States. For example, an APO/FPO Flat Rate Box can be shipped to Afghanistan for less than $15.00. A customs form is required for shipping to military addresses overseas.

Returns
Textbook returns
must be pre-approved and will be accepted through the first 10 days
of Fall and Spring terms. Summer term returns are only accepted during the
first 3 days of class. Textbook returns with proof of withdrawal for the
corresponding class will be accepted through the University's last day to drop
a class without penalty.
Most general
merchandise products purchased from this site may be returned, within 30 days,
for a full refund. Exceptions to this policy may include textbooks, media
(music, video games, software) which is not shrink wrapped, and customized
products. Customized products which are non-returnable include clothing with
monograms, custom published materials (such as course readers or syllabi), and
artwork which is printed, matted, or framed based on your order. Defective or
incorrectly shipped products may also be returned during this same time period.
To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in the condition in which
they were shipped and must be returned with all pieces originally shipped.
Packaged products that are not defective must be returned unopened. (Do not
remove shrink wrap from product that is to be returned.) Please check packing
list for return address information.
